Cor-60 CC16 system with thermal break

A hinged 60 mm window sysytem with a transmission value from 0.9 W/m²K that is achieved thanks to the perfect unión and design of aluminium profiles, tubular 25 mm polyamide rods, E.P.D.M water tightness gaskets and a polyolefine foam fitted around the glazing space perimeter.

There is also the possibility of straight and chamfered sashes and for straight, chamfered and curved beads.


Cor-70 CC16 system with thermal break

A hinged 70 mm window system with a potent insulation capacity and with a transmission value from only 0.8 W/m²K which has been achieved thanks to the perfect combination and design of aluminium profiles, 35 mm tubular polyamide rods, E.P.D.M tubular water tightness gaskets and a system of polyolefine foam that is fitted around the glazing space perimeter.
Possiblity of straight and chamfered sashes and straight, chamfered or curved beads.

With its large glazing capacity of up to 58 mm it presents to this system some excellent accoustic and thermal features allowing the use of large glazing thicknesses and energy efficiencies.

Safety

The security of the door constitutes one of the most significant criteria about its selection. Exclusive panels are manufactured with aluminum sheet 3 mm thick on the outside and 2 mm on the inside. They are made of four-layered or three-layered glass panes and triples 4+4 mm on both sides while there is always the option of a steel sheet in the interior of the panel.​

Exclusive panels are certied by the internation standards ensuring quality ISO 9001 and come with certification of thermal insulation by the Institute of Rosenheim. The quality materials we use as well as the strict technical specifications we have designated for the manufacture of panel Klar ensure their perfect quality.

Thermal insulation

Panels exclusive offer high thermal insulation level certified by the Institute of Rosenheim. The overall thickness of the panel in combination with the good quality of the extruded polystyrene and the three-or-four-layered energy-efficient glass panes reduce the thermal insulation factor up to Up=0.35 W/(m²K).
